The application for the International MBA of the Instituto de Empresa Business School is now open. For those who may be confused, IE offers two MBAs, the other of which is called the Global Online MBA. This article only provides information on the International MBA.

No Deadline: Rolling Admissions
IE does provide a bit of clarification on the lack of deadlines:
We have a rolling admissions process, so there are no application deadlines. However, given the limited number of places in the program and the time needed for visas and securing financing, it is highly recommended that you apply approximately one year to six months prior to program commencement.
